**Chef de Partie – English Country Pub & Restaurant – E.Sussex – onsite accommodation available – salary negotiable**

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in this fast paced, 19th century Coaching Inn in the heart of rural Sussex. We are family owned and independently run (for 24 years!) We pride ourselves on serving modern British cuisine and using local suppliers with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal dishes.

Working alongside our amazing Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will make up the trio of our intimate Chef Team and will have a lot of creative freedom. This could be your opportunity to make a real impact on the business!

The ideal participant will have experience at a similar level; however passion and drive are ultimately just as important to us.

• You will be highly competent in running your own section and assisting other sections during busier times
• You are very well organized and creative who cares about their craft
• You are experienced in working with fresh/seasonal ingredients with good food knowledge
• You enjoy the buzz of a busy service

Working four and a half days out of seven (Weds to Sun) this position offers a negotiable salary package (depending on experience), Approx £6k tips per year, Supportive Senior Chefs to encourage, teach and train, 28 days holiday entitlement, onsite accommodation.
